ProducerDuring the course of the Sonic Acts Biennial 2022, I have coordinated the production of the exhibition One Sun After Another , the symposium Leaving Traces, and the concert Preemptive Listening.

MARC Amsterdam
Co-founder & CuratorMARC is a multidisciplinary artistic research collective and a platform established by musician Giuseppe Doronzo, visual artist Roman Ermolaev, curator Michela Trovato Giancardillo and artist & researcher Andrea Knezović.
Its central focus is to encourage and develop hybrid collaborative practices between artists, researchers and partner institutions. By producing interdisciplinary projects, think-tank workshops, symposiums and educational programmes MARC examines intersectionality, institutional ethnographies and overall topics of societal relevance.

Recostruction of Identities
Co-curator together with Irene StracuzziReconstruction of Identities is a photographic project aiming to promote and protect the richness of both national and European cultural heritage. One of the objectives is relieving the isolated position of immigrants, many of which are still in the process of seeking asylum, by enhancing communication between foreigners and locals. The creative, accessible and inviting nature of photography is key in achieving this, as well as the close cooperation between local organisations, educational institutions, photographic archives, cultural institutions, festivals, museums and professionals in the field.
A traditional photo exhibition was initially planned. Caught by the 2020 pandemic, the original exhibition concept was transformed into a safe and accessible route along the canals of Amsterdam. A physical and digital map accompanied the billboards to suggest various routes to the visitors and passers-by. Designed and curated together with Irene Stracuzzi.

WOW Amsterdam

WOW Amsterdam is a cultural venue in Amsterdam-West. WOW offers temporary housing to fifty recently graduated artists, complementing the studios with a hostel, a restaurant and an urban farm. WOW acts as a springboard for talent and runs a dynamic arts programme.
